Bingo at lunch tomorrow! $1 per game.
Family Fun Night Basket: Our class will be putting together a basket for the raffle on Fun Night (March 27). Our theme is Family Movie Night. The students brainstormed today and came up with some great ideas. Here are some of them: popcorn, popcorn seasoning, popcorn bowl, a blanket, skittles, M & M's, Mike & Ike's, packets of hot chocolate (or other warm drinks), maybe pop? We also talked about taking in donations that could be put toward movie passes (at the theater) or toward purchasing a movie. Because the Fun Night is so soon after Spring Break we'd like to start collecting items for our basket next week. Anything that you can put toward this event would be appreciated. Thanks very much!

Math: Wall Math - 9 questions this week. We added factors and multiples.
**Factors are numbers that multiply together to
make that number. (Factors are equal to the number and smaller.)
Example: 10 = 1 x 10 or 2 x 5
so . . . the factors of 10: 1, 2, 5, 10
**Multiples are numbers that the number will go into evenly. There
are a never ending number of multiples. (Multiples are equal to or
larger than the number.)
Example: multiples of 3 are: 3, 6, 9, 12, 15 . . .

Dallas Fun Night will be on March 27. Our class will be holding a cake walk in our room. Our class will be responsible for putting together a basket for the raffle draw. Our theme this year is "Family Movie Night". We will be doing some brainstorming for items that would be appropriate to put in the basket.
Purdy chocolate sales are due in by Friday.

First, a BIG thank you to our parent drivers who helped us out today on our Strikes for Tykes bowling trip.
Second, an equeally BIG thank you to all of you that gave so very generously to this fundraiser. The total amount that our class raised was $331.50!!! Wow! On behalf of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kamloops - THANK YOU!

Happy Monday to you all!
I just have to say how proud I am of all the students and the work they put into their presentations. They were very good and the parents, teachers and students that were able to listen to them all mentioned how impressed they were. Well done!
